EIV News Featured for Tea Party Coverage
The Emerson College homepage (http://emerson.edu) featured a clip from last night’s episode of EIV News Live @ 9:00. In the article, the school talked about several on-campus organizations that covered Sarah Palin and the Tea Party rally on the common. EIV News reporter Christine Ryan was featured in the article:
“I’ve never seen so much press crammed onto one riser,” said Christine Ryan ‘12, who covered the event for EIV News. She said some of the reporters she interacted with were from national outlets like CNN, and NBC, and from local affiliates like Channel 7, Channel 5, and NECN. “We are the only college students out there who get these kinds of credentials,” said Ryan. “It’s the real world. I learned about how you have to be forceful, how you have to work hard to get that great shot, and how you have to work with others to get what you want.”
